DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Relationship Manager (Member Specialist), you will be the primary point of contact for members partnering with PMRS to serve their pension needs. Relationship Managers are key members of our Client Relations team, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of care and attention. You will be responsible for advocating on behalf of our members, providing industry expertise, assisting in expanding upon current relationships, and assisting in building new business relationship opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with a team of Relationship Managers, including Municipal and Member Specialists. In this role,you will perform the following duties:
Member Guidance:
Advise members and their representatives on plan rules and benefit provisions
Communication Management:
Maintain clear communication channels through email, mail, phone, and events
Needs Assessment:
Use surveys, interviews, and research tools to identify member concerns and propose improvements
Plan Support:
Assist members during plan onboarding, changes, or terminations by coordinating essential information
Collaboration Work:
Work closely with internal teams to share data, address questions, and resolve complex issues
Program Outreach:

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment Work hours are 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week upon successful completion of the required training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
