Dealership Office Manager

Salary:

What your future day will look like: Greet customers professionally and assist as needed Manage day-to-day office operations, workflows, and procedures Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative issues Maintain organized and accurate records (physical and digital) Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed Process titles, registrations, and liens accurately and timely Support sales team with paperwork, deal processing, and funding Coordinate closely with F&I, sales, and service departments Assist with warranty submissions and service paperwork Handle customer inquiries related to billing, paperwork, or documentation
