Hanahan, SC Position Summary Sudofy LLC is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented Office Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This role serves as a central point of coordination for office administration, employee support, corporate events, records, supplies, and other recurring operational needs. The Office Manager will work closely with the Director of Corporate Operations, CFO, Human Resources, finance, program leadership, and other members of the Sudofy team to ensure administrative requirements are handled accurately, efficiently, and consistently. The role will help create a professional employee experience while providing practical support to the systems and processes that keep Sudofy operating effectively. This is a hands-on position in a growing government contracting company where processes are continuing to mature. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of recurring tasks, identifying what needs to be done, keeping information organized, and improving administrative processes as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Office Administration & Corporate Support Manage day-to-day administrative activities that support Sudofy employees and corporate operations. Maintain office supplies, equipment, common areas, conference-room readiness, and other workplace resources as applicable. Coordinate mail, shipping, deliveries, visitors, and general office communications. Maintain organized administrative files, records, forms, and reference materials. Serve as a responsive POC for routine employee and corporate administrative questions. Identify recurring administrative needs and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Support Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities in coordination with Corporate Operations and Human Resources. Assist with creation and maintenance of employee accounts, records, forms, and onboarding documentation. Support setup and administrative maintenance of employee information in Rippling and other company systems. Coordinate onboarding logistics, equipment, supplies, introductions, and other administrative requirements. Help ensure required employee documentation and administrative actions are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain confidentiality of employee, compensation, personnel, and other sensitive information. Finance & Expense Administration Support the CFO and Finance Manager with routine administrative finance activities. Collect, organize, and upload employee expense receipts and supporting documentation into Canopy or other designated systems. Assist with review and organization of employee expense submissions for completeness and proper documentation. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable administrative activities, including gathering documentation and routing items for review. Assist with preparation and administrative processing of customer invoices as directed by the CFO or Finance Manager. Support payroll and employee financial administration by gathering information, identifying discrepancies, and routing questions to the appropriate leader. Corporate Events, Meetings & Coordination Coordinate logistics for corporate meetings, employee events, conferences, and other company activities. Support meeting scheduling, agendas, materials, room preparation, attendance coordination, and follow-up as needed. Coordinate travel or event logistics when assigned, including supplies, registrations, facilities, and related administrative requirements. Help ensure corporate events and meetings reflect a professional and organized employee and customer experience. Systems, Records & Process Support Maintain accurate and organized information in Microsoft 365, Teams, Rippling, Canopy, and other company systems as assigned. Support document management, naming conventions, record retention, and organized storage of corporate information. Assist with updating SOPs, administrative procedures, forms, checklists, and other corporate documentation. Help monitor recurring administrative workflows and follow up on incomplete actions. Identify opportunities to simplify administrative processes and improve consistency across the organization. Support the Director of Corporate Operations with implementation of new systems, workflows, and corporate processes. General Corporate Support Provide hands-on administrative support for special projects and corporate initiatives. Coordinate with Finance, HR, recruiting, program operations, and other corporate functions as needed. Assist leadership with administrative research, data gathering, scheduling, and follow-up. Perform other duties as assigned in support of Sudofy's mission and continued growth. Qualifications Required 1 - 3 years of experience in office administration, business administration, corporate operations, executive support, or a related role. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, and interruptions while maintaining accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Microsoft Teams. Ability to handle confidential employee, financial, contractual, and corporate information appropriately. Demonstrated reliability, follow-through, and willingness to take ownership of administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience supporting a government contractor or professional services organization. Experience with Rippling or another HRIS, applicant-tracking, payroll, or employee-management system. Experience with Canopy, accounting, expense-management, or invoicing systems. Experience supporting employee onboarding, recruiting, benefits administration, or HR operations. Experience coordinating corporate events, meetings, travel, or office logistics. Experience documenting or improving administrative processes and SOPs. What Success Looks Like Employees have a responsive, organized, and professional administrative support experience. Office, supply, mail, visitor, meeting, and event requirements are handled consistently and proactively. Employee onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Expense receipts, administrative finance documentation, and related records are organized and readily accessible. Rippling, Canopy, Microsoft Teams, and other administrative systems contain accurate and appropriately maintained information. Corporate records, SOPs, forms, and administrative documentation organized and easy to locate. Recurring administrative tasks completed without requiring leadership to repeatedly follow up. Administrative processes become more consistent and efficient as Sudofy grows. The Office Manager becomes a trusted operational support point who identifies needs, solves routine problems, and keeps work moving. Position Characteristics This role is intended to be a hands-on corporate support position. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of practical tasks without requiring extensive direction. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a growing organization where not every administrative process has been fully defined. They should be able to learn systems quickly, ask good questions, follow through on commitments, protect confidential information, and improve processes while preserving Sudofy's entrepreneurial and mission-focused culture.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
