THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Oversee 3 Direct Reports. Reports to the General Manager. Lead day-to-day office operations by building structured, repeatable processes that improve efficiency, organization, and overall team effectiveness. Own and continuously refine core business systems (ERP, CRM, and workflows), identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy. Translate operational data into actionable insights by developing reporting, tracking key performance metrics, and guiding leadership decision-making. Manage and develop a small team by setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Serve as a cross-functional connector, aligning communication and workflows between departments to ensure smooth execution of business priorities. Standardize and document processes to strengthen consistency, compliance, and long-term operational scalability. Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management or Related Field.
  • 3+ Years of Office Management, Operations
  • Strong Experience in ERP systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
