Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager/Office Assistant to oversee daily administrative operations and support overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing financial and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Payroll Support leadership with reporting and administrative tasks Qualifications Proficiency in Quickbooks (required) Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheets and basic formulas(Preferred) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication and time management skills Prior office management or administrative experience preferred Benefits Benefits negotiable How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience
