About Us:

We are looking for an Office Manager who can keep the gears turning behind the scenes while our technicians handle the heavy lifting in the bays.

The Role:

You are the first face our customers see and the final voice they hear before driving off happy. This isn't a "sit and wait" desk job. You'll be the bridge between our customers, insurance adjusters, and the shop floor. We need someone who can handle a ringing phone, an insurance supplement, and a walk-in estimate with confidence.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience:

Greet every customer with a smile. You'll manage the intake process, schedule repairs, and keep clients updated on their vehicle's status.

Insurance Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for insurance companies. You'll assist with filing claims, processing supplements, and ensuring we have the "green light" to proceed with work.

Financial Oversight:

Handle invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and daily bank deposits.

Workflow Coordination:

Work closely with the Shop Owner to ensure parts have arrived and the production schedule is realistic.

Administrative Support:

Maintain organized digital and physical files for every repair order and manage general office supplies. What You Bring to the Table The "Polk County"

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in collision repair management software (like CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex) is a huge plus. Basic QuickBooks and Excel skills are required.

Industry Knowledge:

While we can train the right person, a basic understanding of auto body terminology and insurance claim processes will help you hit the ground running.

Problem-Solving:
