About Us We are a busy, fast-growing medical practice seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead our team and support continued growth. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage daily operations, oversee staff performance, implement efficient workflows, and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice. The ideal candidate will have prior medical office management experience, excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of medical office management experience required MBA preferred Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to hire, train, coach, discipline, and terminate employees when necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical office procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements Experience with budgeting, payroll, and office operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software Essential ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations of a busy medical practice Supervise and support front office, clinical, and administrative staff Hire, onboard, train, evaluate, discipline, and terminate employees when necessary Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and company policies Monitor staff productivity and accountability Coordinate workflow improvements and operational initiatives Marketing & Business Development Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and practice growth Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and community outreach channels Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with providers and leadership to align marketing efforts with organizational goals Plan and coordinate community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) Financial & Administrative Management Assist with budget development and financial oversight Manage payroll processes and administrative reporting Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings Maintain organized physical and electronic records Oversee vendor relationships and office supply management Required Skills Strong leadership and team management Medical office management Front desk operations and patient relations Payroll administration Budgeting and financial oversight Training and staff development Event planning and coordination File and records management Strategic planning Marketing and business development Problem-solving and conflict resolution Excellent written and verbal communication What We Offer Competitive compensation package Salary can be discussed and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Professional and supportive work environment Ability to make a significant impact on the success of the practice If you are a strong leader with medical office experience and are ready to help drive the growth and success of a thriving healthcare organization, we encourage you to apply today.
