Job Description

Overview The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions of the office while providing excellent customer service to guests. This position supports the operations of Fort Bluff Camp & Retreat Center by maintaining organized office systems, assisting with financial and administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication throughout the organization. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Oversee office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and maintain filing systems for easy access and organization. Coordinate calendar management, scheduling meetings for Vice President of Operations. Handle data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office; ensure accuracy through proofreading and diligent record-keeping. Support retreat and camp registrations and guest communications. Assist with clerical duties including word processing, document preparation, and maintaining guest communication records. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting guest communication efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally. Strong computer literacy with the ability to manage spreadsheets, data entry, and clerical tasks efficiently. Ability to multitask and work independently. Previous experience in customer service or front desk responsibilities is preferred.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
