Why You'll Love Working With Us Modern, updated offices with advanced dental technology and digital workflows A fast-paced, patient-focused environment where no two days are the same Strong leadership that values accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and growth Consistent schedules with no nights or weekends A positive, team-oriented culture that does not tolerate drama or negativity Opportunities to develop leadership and management skills Direct involvement in helping improve office performance, patient experience, and team engagement Clear career growth opportunities into Office Manager and regional leadership positions What You'll Do Team Leadership & Support Serve as a leader and role model for office team members Support the Office Manager with daily operations and team oversight Assist with coaching, training, and onboarding new employees Help maintain accountability to company policies, procedures, and performance standards Promote a positive, professional, and patient-centered culture Assist with daily huddles, team communication, and workflow coordination Operations & Administrative Responsibilities Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and consistency Monitor schedules and assist with optimizing provider productivity Help manage staffing coverage, schedule adjustments, and workflow challenges Ensure patient records, reports, and administrative tasks are completed accurately Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Support implementation of company initiatives, policies, and operational standards Patient Experience Help ensure patients receive exceptional service throughout their visit Assist with resolving patient concerns professionally and promptly Support treatment acceptance efforts and patient retention initiatives Monitor office performance related to patient satisfaction and service standards Performance & Accountability Help track office metrics and key performance indicators Assist with identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies Support corrective action and performance improvement efforts when needed Partner with leadership to help achieve office goals and growth initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental office experience Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, accountability, and discretion Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar leadership role Experience with scheduling, treatment acceptance, insurance coordination, or office operations Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members Success in This Role Looks Like Team members feel supported, accountable, and engaged Patients consistently receive an exceptional experience Schedules are optimized and daily operations run smoothly Office goals and performance metrics are achieved Company policies and standards are followed consistently Problems are addressed proactively and professionally
