High SchoolResponsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and post-service follow-ups via phone and email. Track customer requests, resolve routine issues promptly, and escalate complex matters to management. Conduct regular satisfaction check-ins and follow up on pending proposals, invoices, or service renewals. Gather, compile, and analyze operational data to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Microsoft Excel. Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) to format and clean data for leadership review. Track inventory levels, office expenses, customer follow-up metrics, and team performance metrics. Manage day-to-day office logistics, supply ordering, vendor relations, and mail distribution. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked common areas and conference rooms. Assist executive leadership with scheduling, basic bookkeeping tasks, and team meeting coordination.
