This role is essential to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records Process accounts payable and oversee payroll biweekly Track and maintain records, including PTO and attendance Prepare and assist with business tax filings Administer employee benefits and support related processes HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining personnel files Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Ensure overall organization and efficiency of office operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management, bookkeeping, HR support, or a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
Experience with QuickBooks Familiarity with Bill.com Proficiency with general accounting and office software
