The Company:
Thigpen Hearing Center is a locally owned private audiology practice that was established in 2008. Our team of doctors and staff are committed to giving our patients the highest quality hearing healthcare available. We provide state-of-the-art hearing aid technology and advanced hearing evaluations while maintaining a comfortable environment for our patients. We absolutely love what we do! The Position:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00-5:00; Friday 8:00-4:00 The Office Manager supports the practice's mission by demonstrating excellent staff leadership and patient care: Some Responsibilities include:
    Financial:
    Working with QuickBooks Desktop for payroll, tax filings and investments as well as patient invoicing and facility billing
      Human Resources and Office Administration:
      Excellent knowledge and proven record of successful employee relations and people management including staff reviews, staff PTO scheduling, hiring/onboarding new staff members, travel arrangement
      • Working closely with owner to review team and practice performance
      • Marketing support including creating patient focused newsletters
      • Assisting with coverage and patient care needs as required
      • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor or Associate degree in business management/administration or related field
      • 3+ years' experience working in a healthcare or medical office managing several employees
      • Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with the team and community
      • Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop, payroll management, Microsoft Office programs, OMS and/or other Medical Software If interested, please send resume and cover letter.
