Job Description

Office Administrator Female Foundations Murfreesboro, TN Job Details Part-time From $18 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Administrative experience Medical administrative support Stocking Office experience Full Job Description About Us Female Foundations is a growing, women-centered pelvic health physical therapy clinic. We provide individualized, one-on-one care for women across the lifespan, including pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor concerns. We're a small, collaborative team that cares deeply about our patients and their experience—from their first phone call through their final appointment. We're looking for a warm, personable, and organized individual to help welcome patients, support daily clinic operations, and contribute to our marketing and social media. About the Role You'll often be the first person someone connects with when reaching out to Female Foundations. Asking for help with pelvic health concerns can feel vulnerable, so we're looking for someone who can put people at ease, listen well, and communicate with kindness and confidence. A significant part of this role involves speaking with potential patients by phone, answering questions about our services and cash-based model, and helping them feel comfortable scheduling their first appointment. You'll also follow up with people who have expressed interest in care. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in helping a small business grow. Responsibilities
  • Respond to calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a friendly, timely manner.
  • Speak with potential patients about their needs, explain our appointment process and pricing, and help them schedule an initial visit.
  • Follow up thoughtfully with interested individuals who haven't yet scheduled.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Welcome patients and help create a comfortable, inviting clinic environment.
  • Support intake paperwork, payment collection, and accurate patient records while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with social media content, newsletters, community events, and other marketing tasks.
  • Keep office supplies stocked and support day-to-day clinic organization.
  • Work closely with our therapists to help patients have a smooth experience.
Who We're Looking For A warm, approachable person who enjoys talking with people and building relationships. Someone comfortable spending a substantial portion of their work time on the phone. A clear communicator who can explain the value of our care and confidently guide interested callers toward scheduling. Someone who handles sensitive conversations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism. An organized, dependable individual who follows through and notices what needs to be done. A self-motivated team member who is excited to contribute ideas and grow with the practice. Qualifications Experience in customer service, patient coordination, office administration, sales, or a related role is preferred. Strong phone, written communication, and organizational skills. Comfort learning scheduling software and digital office tools. Familiarity with social media and an interest in marketing. Healthcare experience and familiarity with Canva are a plus, but are not required. Why Female Foundations? A close-knit, supportive team. Meaningful work helping women access care. A role where your ideas and contributions matter. Variety across patient communication, clinic operations, and marketing. Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as the practice grows.
