Position Summary The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Sevierville headquarters, ensuring an efficient, organized, and welcoming workplace for employees, visitors, and vendors. As a member of the Property Management team, the Office Manager assists with various project administrative needs as well as project assigned by the Executive team. Key Responsibilities Manage front-office operations, greet visitors, and direct incoming calls Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Coordinate facilities maintenance and manage office service contracts Plan and coordinate team events, meetings, and company gatherings as requested Assist leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence Maintain office policies and procedures and ensure a safe, organized workspace Support administrative and Property Management tasks including periodic reporting, tenant correspondence, and coordination of maintenance responses as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative operations Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Ability to problem-solve independently and take ownership of office operations What Success Looks Like The office runs smoothly day-to-day with minimal disruptions Visitors and other team members have a seamless, welcoming experience Vendor and facility issues are resolved proactively, before they become problems Property Management administration is organized and up-to-date The workplace reflects Compass Ventures' culture and standards Our Culture Every role at Compass Ventures is expected to embody: Shared Passion for Community Impact — We invest in projects and people that strengthen the communities we serve.
