Assistant Office Manager Riverside Chevrolet GMC Part of the Riverside Automotive Group South Pittsburg, TN Full-Time | $16.00-$18.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Join Our Team! Riverside Chevrolet GMC, a proud member of the family-owned Riverside Automotive Group, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our growing team in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. Responsibilities As our Assistant Office Manager, you will help support the daily operations of the dealership business office by: Assisting with dealership accounting and administrative functions Processing vehicle deals and verifying paperwork for accuracy Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconciling schedules and maintaining financial records Assisting with title work and vehicle documentation Preparing reports and maintaining organized filing systems Working closely with the Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts departments Answering phones and assisting customers and vendors professionally Supporting month-end closing activities Maintaining confidentiality with financial and customer information Assisting the Office Manager with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous office, administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Positive attitude with a strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Riverside Automotive Group?
