You'll juggle calls, meetings, and projects with calm confidence while keeping things running smoother than morning coffee What It Takes to Rock This Role. High school diploma/GED 3 years of experience Excellent customer service Basic business math Able to lift 50 pounds How You'll Make the Magic Happen. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers or staff as needed Review, complete, and ship work orders in the system Maintain records for vehicle maintenance and power equipment Manage office supply inventory and submit monthly material requests Process closeout documentation Maintain the branch cash-flow spreadsheet, post customer payments, and make bank deposits Report daily branch attendance Coordinate weekly uniform pick-up and drop-off Scan and send documents daily Provide administrative support And Here's What You'll Get in Return.
