Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead and oversee the daily operations of a senior care facility specializing in assisted living, memory care, and long-term care services. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Your leadership will foster a compassionate environment that prioritizes residents' dignity, safety, and well-being. Duties Manage all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Oversee the development, implementation, and review of personalized care plans for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other memory impairments. Supervise clinical staff responsible for medication administration, nursing care, and social work services to ensure high-quality resident support. Lead efforts in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that promotes independence and dignity for residents. Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community organizations to enhance resident care and engagement. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control measures to ensure sustainable operations. Ensure adherence to all licensing requirements related to assisted living, nursing home standards, and group home regulations. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) or equivalent certification. Extensive experience in senior care settings such as nursing homes, retirement homes, or group homes with supervision responsibilities. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. Strong knowledge of assisted living services, dementia care strategies including Alzheimer's care, and home & community care practices. Demonstrated expertise in operations management, budgeting, and financial acumen within healthcare environments. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized memory care is highly desirable.
