The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience, front-end operations, invoicing, and daily workflow coordination for the shop. We will provide all necessary training. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquires Schedule/re-schedule and book appointments Invoicing, Spreadsheets, Paperwork Receipt and income vs. expense tracking Collect and record payments Track daily logs of Vehicle Install Reports Run errands/ Order Inventory and supplies Posting on Social Media platforms Knowledge and explanations of what all our shop offers in terms of product to help upsell to our customers Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality standards Perform assembly tasks related to window tinting, PPF, Vinyl, Glass, etc... Drive vehicles, preferably able to drive both a standard and an automatic Maintain a clean and organized shop environment Requirements Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Computer and Program knowledge Strong attention to detail and self-pride in your work Automotive Industry experience is a plus, providing familiarity with automotive environments. Opportunity Advancement(s) After training is complete and the specific individual is ready, they will be promoted to commission-based pay for tint, glass installation, paint protection film, paintless dent repair, vinyl, detailing services, etc....
