Office Manager PdrWorks hail and dent Aubrey, TX Job Details Full-time $750 a week 1 day ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Overview PdrWorks Hail & Dent is a growing retail paintless dent repair (PDR) and hail repair shop in the Denton County / North Dallas area. We're looking for an organized, dependable Office Administrator to run the front office — the person who keeps customers, scheduling, and paperwork moving so the techs can focus on repairs. This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-moving shop. You'll be the first voice customers hear, the one keeping the calendar tight, and the one making sure insurance paperwork and records stay clean and current. Duties First point of contact for customers by phone, text, and in person — answering calls, returning missed calls quickly, and booking estimates and repairs Managing the shop calendar and coordinating between customers, technicians, and wholesale/body-shop accounts Preparing and submitting insurance supplement documentation and cover memos accurately and on time Keeping digital records organized — customer files, work orders, invoices, vendor documents Light bookkeeping and data entry: invoicing, tracking payments, basic reconciliation General office upkeep — supplies, follow-ups, and making sure nothing slips Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you track moving pieces without being reminded Clear, professional, friendly communication with customers and partners Comfortable with computers and able to pick up new software quickly (scheduling, phone/text, document, and bookkeeping systems) Dependable and punctual, able to work independently in a small-team setting Able to handle sensitive customer and financial information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred (not required): Prior experience in an auto body, collision, PDR, dealership, or insurance/admin setting Familiarity with insurance estimating or supplement workflows
