As the backbone of our administrative functions, you will manage a variety of clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain an efficient office environment. Responsibilities Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle all incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and scheduling for staff and executives using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of important records Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs efficiently Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not mandatory Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Previous experience in customer service or A/V reception is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us as an Office Administrator and become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
