Job Description:
We are currently assisting a law firm client in Beaumont, Texas with hiring an experienced and highly organized Office Manager . This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who can oversee daily office operations, support administrative staff, coordinate internal workflows, and help ensure a professional and efficient office environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed

Exempt Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate communication between departments, clients, vendors, and external partners
  • Monitor workflows and help improve operational efficiency
  • Support leadership with reporting, projects, and special initiatives
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to office staff
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors
  • Oversee office facilities, equipment, and supply needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
  • 3+ years of office management, operations, administration, or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior law firm or professional services experience is a plus This is a strong opportunity for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager who enjoys leading operations, supporting people, and keeping a busy professional office running smoothly.
