The Office Administrator will perform various administrative, clerical, and coordination functions. This position requires a highly detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive individual.

Open/Close Office Meet and greet visitors while providing a positive in-office experience. Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members. Ensure a clean, organized office environment. Inventory and order all office supplies. Maintain company accounts with authorized users. Responsibilities Reporting to
Accounting:
Prepare import templates for loan payments and other auto-drafted monthly bills for the office. Receive expense reports and receipts and prepare import templates for credit card expense coding. Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. Prepare lien waivers and releases, as needed Coordinate the check release process, including mailing payments when necessary Maintain the digital and physical accounting files Take on additional duties and special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. One (1) to three (3) years of administrative, office, accounting support, or related experience required. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive employee, company, and financial information. Ability to learn and effectively use company software, systems, and administrative processes. Dependable and consistent attendance with the ability to maintain established office hours.
