Full-Time Position Summary LaBelleco Fabrication is seeking an experienced Controller / Accounting Operations Manager to oversee accounting and office operations for multiple related companies. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, payroll coordination, office administration, and financial reporting using QuickBooks Enterprise. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, dependable, capable of handling high transaction volume, and experienced in multi-company accounting within an industrial, construction, fabrication, or oilfield environment. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations for multiple companies/entities Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations Maintain and manage QuickBooks Enterprise accounting systems Track purchase orders, job costing, and project-related expenses Prepare financial reports and assist ownership with cash flow visibility Manage vendor accounts, credit applications, and lien waivers Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Coordinate with CPAs, banks, customers, and vendors Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Support office operations and administrative staff Ensure confidentiality of all financial and company information Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years accounting or office management experience Strong QuickBooks Enterprise experienceREQUIRED
Experience managing accounting for multiple companies/entities Strong understanding of: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Bank Reconciliations Financial Reporting Job Costing Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Preferred Experience Structural steel, fabrication, industrial, construction, or oilfield accounting Payroll systems and HR administration Vendor compliance and insurance tracking Cash management and banking relationships Compensation Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
