  • 21/hour | Full-Time | Growth Opportunity Taproot Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for an experienced Office Manager to become the right hand to our Clinic Director and help lead a fast-growing, high-performing wellness practice.
This is not a "sit in the office and answer emails" type of management role. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and able to lead with both accountability and positivity. This person will help oversee daily operations, support team development, maintain systems and structure, and help us continue building one of the most established chiropractic and wellness clinics in the Bulverde area. Our current Office Manager has done an exceptional job and is transitioning into a higher-level leadership role elsewhere. We are willing to wait for the right fit because this role matters deeply to our team and culture. Avoids responsibility Needs constant instruction Struggles with follow-through Dislikes leadership or accountability Wants a low-engagement position Does not enjoy working with people What a Great Day in This Role Looks Like A successful day may include: Sending a weekly team update email Reviewing office reports and KPIs Helping train or support front desk staff Assisting with scheduling coverage when needed Coordinating with vendors Organizing future marketing events Updating systems or office procedures Supporting operations and helping the clinic run smoothly Helping create an organized, positive environment for both staff and patients
Responsibilities Include:
Office operations oversight Accounts receivable and collections Daily and weekly recap emails HR and onboarding support Payroll processing assistance Team leadership and accountability Policy and SOP management KPI tracking and reporting HIPAA compliance oversight Vendor communication Marketing coordination and community outreach Administrative support for clinic leadership Technology troubleshooting and office organization Supporting front desk operations as needed Schedule & Availability This position is primarily in-person in Bulverde, Texas.
Typical schedule:
30-40+ hours per week Must be available during clinic operating hours Flexible scheduling opportunities may exist depending on clinic coverage and operational needs Clinic hours:

Experience Preferred:
