Highly flexible daily work hours available (e.g., 7 AM - 4 PM, 8 AM - 5 PM) o About Us & Who We Are Looking For We are a newly established U.S. subsidiary of a premier South Korean energy and industrial power equipment company. As we plant our roots in Texas, we are seeking a highly dependable, mature, and structured professional to establish our foundational office administration. If you are a retired professional or an experienced veteran who takes pride in organizing corporate workflows, managing bookkeeping with precision, and supporting an executive team from the ground up, this is the perfect role for you. We deeply value the high work ethic and operational stability that seasoned professionals bring to ensure seamless compliance and day-to-day efficiency. o
Key Responsibilities Foundational Office Administration:
Manage daily office operations, digital filing, and documentation using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
Office Bookkeeping:
Track daily business expenses, manage accounts payable, and input vendor invoices into QuickBooks or equivalent systems.
CPA & Tax Coordination:
Act as our trusted financial anchor by organizing fiscal records and coordinating directly with the company's designated CPA for seamless tax compliance.
Executive & Operational Support:
Partner with the Director of U.S. Operations, providing mature insights on local vendor communications and office logistics. o
Qualifications & Preferences Required:
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred:
5+ years of solid experience in corporate administration, office management, or bookkeeping assistant roles.
Preferred:
Hands-on, practical experience with QuickBooks or equivalent bookkeeping software. Highly Valued (Big Plus): Prior working experience in the power equipment, electrical engineering, utilities, or energy distribution sectors .

Work Authorization:

Compensation:
$20.00/hour (Fixed)
