SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Executive Office Manager (EOM) serves as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive leadership, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office through executive support, Board governance administration, strategic project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This position works closely with Board members, elected officials, community partners, vendors, and staff to support organizational priorities, governance activities, legislative initiatives, and executive decision-making. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence. Role and Responsibilities Depending on organizational needs, may: Support the CEO and executive leadership with daily operations and strategic priorities. Coordinate Board and committee meetings, agendas, materials, and minutes. Maintain governance records and support compliance requirements. Manage executive communications, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives. Support legislative, community, and stakeholder engagement efforts. Build and maintain relationships with Board members, elected officials, staff, vendors, and community partners. Conduct research, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate meetings, events, and executive office activities. Perform related duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Political Science, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience supporting executives, Boards, governance functions, project management, or public administration preferred. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing complex priorities.

Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other business applications. Professionalism, diplomacy, adaptability, and attention to detail.
