Coordinate calendar management, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for staff and executives. Maintain accurate data entry records using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office applications. Handle clerical tasks including word processing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence with clients and vendors. Support office staff with technical proficiency in computer skills, ensuring all systems operate efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Strong clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document preparation.
