Job Description
Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to oversee the daily operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Maintain office flow through planning, execution and troubleshooting
- Create, update and implement practice policies and procedures
- Handle HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of dental office management practices is a plus
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
