Job Description

Core Supply in Fort Worth, TX is looking for an Office Administrator who will be responsible for performing the administrative functions required for operations at the Core North Texas Branch. Responsibilities Coordinate daily office operations. Responsible for data entry using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other software programs. Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors. Communicate effectively with customers, office, shop, and sales personnel. Adhere to Company processes and policies. Prioritize workflow. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus Office administration experience: 2-years preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications Excellent time-management and computer skills Construction Industry experience a plus Experience working in Manufacturing/ Production a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits Core Supply offers the following benefits to eligible full-time employees: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life Insurance, paid vacation and sick time, paid holidays, 401(k).
