Business Office Manager Volante of Grapevine Grapevine, TX Mariella of Grapevine 3735 Ira E Woods Ave Grapevine, Tx 76051 We are looking for a Business Office Manager to join our team! You will be the backbone of our community and the glue that brings our office together. What you'll be doing: Recruiting
  • from screening to extending offers Onboarding
  • ensure all pre-employment checks are completed while being mindful of a smooth experience for candidates and new hires Benefits
  • you're the go-to for questions about plans and enrollment Accounting
  • Process invoices, prepare resident forms and send to the corporate office.
Maintain monthly billing spreadsheet and participate in A/R activities. What you bring to the table: Associates Degree or 1-3 years of related experience in office management, including bookkeeping and human resources responsibilities Excellent communication skills Microsoft Office May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification and valid Driver's license What's in it for you: We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
