Job Description

SUMMARY:
Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and manage the plant front office. Commercial laundry industry.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify and review payroll hours (ADP timecards) Aid the General Manager in daily operations and special projects Track purchasing expenses diligently Assist customers and employees with inquiries Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service Handle incoming calls Complete and forward employee status forms to Human Resources Manage the process of submitting and receiving purchase requisitions in Paramount Recruit, onboard, and hire non-exempt personnel Support plant operations with necessary paperwork and reports Organize, plan, and prioritize tasks effectively Undertake additional duties as required to achieve Company objectives Make decisions and resolve problems as they arise Manage and approve/deny PTO/vacation requests Prepare RODs (Record of Discussion) for employees Monitor and log employee absences Oversee billing, invoicing, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with all procedures, including filing, scanning, and emailing invoices, as well as following up on overdue invoices Provide assistance to customers regarding billing and invoicing inquiries
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages office staff and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
