Texas Throne is growing, and we're looking for an Office Manager to keep our Ingleside office running smoothly. Texas Throne is a trusted provider of portable restrooms and handwashing stations, proudly serving the surrounding Coastal Bend Area. We deliver reliable, sanitary solutions for construction sites, events, and community needs. With a focus on customer service and operational excellence, our company has built a reputation for professionalism, dependability, and local values. About the Role As Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for keeping daily office operations on track. You'll work closely with department heads, help carry important information and policy updates from upper management down to the team, and make sure the office runs efficiently day to day. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the office and its various departments Communicate with department heads, relaying important information and policy changes from upper management Interview and train new office employees, and organize and retain their employment and benefit records to maintain compliance with correct and legal practices Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers Adhere to safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards Create an office budget and ensure all employees follow it Monitor office supplies and order new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as needed Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order Track payments, make banking deposits, and run reports that document profits and losses Maintain accounts payable records using accounting software and other programs to properly track them, and ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner Maintain accounts receivable records using accounting software and other programs to process payments for due invoices from current and previous customers, and accurately record them in the system What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, with a track record of following through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities Clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal Ability to work well with department heads and staff at all levels Experience supervising or training staff Comfortable working with accounting software and basic bookkeeping (accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, reporting) Prior office management or administrative experience preferred Preferred Skills Knowledge of construction site logistics and portable sanitation needs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
