This role works closely with the Director of Garden Services and the Maintenance Production Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient scheduling, and strong communication between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage shifting priorities, and brings strong administrative and communication skills to support a growing landscape company. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Garden Services and Maintenance Production Manager in daily operations Create, update, and manage crew and service schedules Process and track purchase orders (POs) and service-related documentation Coordinate scheduling of supporting services (subcontractors, enhancements, maintenance support, etc.) Maintain clear and timely communication with Garden Managers and clients Provide administrative support to Garden Managers and field teams Help ensure job schedules are accurate, efficient, and aligned with client expectations Monitor changes in priorities and adjust schedules accordingly Support internal communication and operational workflow improvements Maintain accurate records using company systems and software Skills & Competencies Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and/or landscape management software preferred) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Qualifications 1-3+ years of administrative, scheduling, or operations support experience (landscape or construction industry preferred) Experience working with service teams or field operations is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Valid driver's license preferred Must be eligible to work in the United States Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred but not required The Perks 401K with company match Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid-Time Off Holiday Pay Recognition programs and performance bonuses Continuing education and industry involvement opportunities At Colleague, we provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, marital status, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
