As a Bilingual Insurance Office Manager with Chargoy Agency , you'll help lead an Allstate agency in Irving that has served the community for more than 30 years. You'll coach and support the sales and service team, monitor KPIs and pipelines, and help team members improve their quoting, follow-up, cross-selling, and closing skills. You'll also oversee daily operations, ensure processes are followed, and work closely with the agency owner to solve problems and improve how the agency operates. This is a team built for the long term.
