Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our construction office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, communicating with vendors and subcontractors, and maintaining those relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes. Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors. Utilize QuickBooks for financial management, including invoicing and expense tracking. Develop and implement office management procedures to improve workflow. Communicate effectively with staff and vendors/subcontractors to foster a collaborative work environment. Assist in team management by providing support, guidance, and performance evaluations for staff members. Skills Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Proficiency in office management software, including QuickBooks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience in training development and team management is highly desirable. Knowledge of vendor management processes is a plus. Strong administrative skills with the ability to supervise effectively.
