You will run customer support, billing, accounts payable, and inventory operations for an outdoor lighting company that has designed custom low-voltage architectural and landscape lighting for over twenty years. You are organized in a way that lets you juggle billing, scheduling, and inventory at the same time without losing track of any of it. You are the kind of teammate the technicians and the leadership both want at the center of operations. You bring office experience, working proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office, and comfort making outbound customer calls. Who We Are Outdoor Lighting Perspectives specializes in low-voltage architectural and landscape lighting that transforms outdoor spaces after dark. We have been working one-on-one with clients for over twenty years to design lighting displays that fit their needs, preferences, and budget. Our professional designers create custom solutions for residential and commercial properties. We are based in Lewisville, TX, supporting customers throughout the local area. What You Will Do Each Day Answer incoming calls, make outbound follow-ups, and set appointments while maintaining an accurate scheduling calendar and CRM. Process daily billing and incoming payments, and keep collections on a timely cadence. Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor and credit card statements, and support month-end closing. Prepare materials, tools, and parts for upcoming jobs, organized and ready for pickup or delivery. Perform regular physical inventory counts, reconcile against system records, and reorder before stockouts occur.
