Job Description

Renew Counseling Center - Longview, TX Renew Counseling Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Office Manager / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping our counseling office run smoothly and ensuring that clients feel welcomed and supported when they reach out for help. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a professional and compassionate environment. We are looking for someone who is kind, reliable, and enjoys helping others during important moments in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemail messages Return intake inquiries and help connect potential clients with the appropriate counselor Respond to and manage general office email communications Assist with client billing and administrative tasks Help coordinate counseling groups, workshops, and events Maintain general office organization and upkeep Provide administrative support to clinicians and leadership as needed Maintain professional communication and confidentiality with all client interactions Help create a welcoming and supportive office environment Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.) Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Previous office or administrative experience preferred Experience in a medical office, counseling office, or healthcare setting is a plus Interest in mental health or helping professions is a plus
Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
