Job Description
Office Administrator — Marathon, TX Branch Frontier Development, Inc. Frontier Development, Inc. (FDI) is a heavy civil and pipeline contractor with active operations across West Texas and New Mexico. We're seeking an organized, dependable Office Administrator to support our Marathon branch, working directly with the Branch Manager and field leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for the Marathon office — phones, visitors, vendors, and subcontractors Support daily field reporting, timekeeping, and payroll coordination for crews on active projects Process purchase orders, track equipment/material deliveries, and maintain vendor documentation Assist with subcontractor and supplier paperwork, insurance certificates, and compliance documents Coordinate with the Hallettsville office on invoicing, job cost tracking, and HR paperwork (new hire packets, onboarding documents) Maintain organized project files, safety documentation, and job site records Support the Branch Manager and General Superintendent with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative needs What We're Looking For Prior office administration experience, ideally in construction, oilfield, or a related field-based industry Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus Clear communicator who can work well with field crews, vendors, and office staff alike Dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with sensitive company and personnel information Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Marathon, TX area What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time position with a growing heavy civil contractor Opportunity to be part of a close-knit branch team supporting major infrastructure projects across the region Interested candidates should submit a resume for consideration.
