ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Difference- In our Patient-centric model, traditional responsibilities of Insurance Verification, Billing, Collection, Aging, Patient Statements, Marketing, Profit and Loss Management, Reporting, Payroll etc have been taken away from the Office Manager and Front Office and outsourced to a large central team.
- Provide a welcoming, interactive, and an outstanding patient experience, in person and over the phone. Schedule
- Build a productive Patient Schedule for Providers by making at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients. Sales
- Present Treatment Plans, discuss Insurances and finances, and close the cases effectively ensuring high case acceptance. Front Office Operations
- Manage the Front Office by answering Incoming Calls, Making Appointments, Checking-In & Checking-Out Patients, and Collecting Payments.
