Full-time Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Office Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our business. This is not an assistant role . We need someone who can take ownership of important office responsibilities, help maintain accurate records, manage reporting processes, and support daily operational control. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, trustworthy, and comfortable working with numbers, reports, reconciliations, and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and organize operational and administrative records Handle notes, balances, reconciliations, and office reporting with accuracy Manage and monitor activity in Clover POS and maintain organized records Verify information, identify discrepancies, and help ensure records are complete and correct Support daily office processes and internal administrative controls Maintain organized digital and physical files Assist with reports, tracking, and documentation for management Follow up on important office tasks and help keep operations running smoothly Help improve structure, accuracy, and consistency in administrative processes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration, business operations, bookkeeping support, reconciliations, reporting, or POS system management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with numbers and reviewing balances and reports Experience with Clover or similar POS systems is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience with spreadsheets, internal controls, and administrative reporting Ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, or missing information Strong sense of accountability and follow-up Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
This is not a traditional assistant position. We are looking for someone who can become a key part of the office operation by taking responsibility for important administrative and operational tasks, keeping records accurate, and helping maintain structure and control in the business.
Schedule:
9am to 5pm Monday through
Friday Pay:
$14 per hour starting pay. Hourly pay will increase based on performance
