Office Administrator

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Position Details:

Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1-hour unpaid lunch Starting pay: $14/hour

Responsibilities:

Invoicing customers Answering phone calls and emails Customer service Organizing files and paperwork Light bookkeeping Assisting with logistics and scheduling Researching new products and suppliers Data entry and computer work Assisting with day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Basic computer skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organization skills Responsible and dependable Good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
