We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Office Manager to oversee key commercial and internal operations. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of the facility, directly managing and aligning our Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Purchasing, IT, and Operations teams to drive peak efficiency and collaboration. Responsibilities:
Operations Oversight:
Manage daily office workflows, including scheduling, reporting, document control, and communication flow.
Customer Service Leadership:
Lead, develop, and mentor our customer service team (CSRs) handling order entries, client communications, and issue resolutions.
Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact to build strong relationships with customers, retailers, and vendors, resolving escalated concerns professionally.
Data Integrity:
Maintain precise and accurate records relating to production, orders, inventory, and vendor accounts

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred. Previous experience managing office systems, vendor relations, or inventory/purchasing departments.
