Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients and team members Organize files, records, and office systems Assist with reports, documents, and correspondence Ensure smooth workflow and efficient office procedures Proactively addresses tasks and office needs without requiring direct oversight Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks Manage multiple phone lines
Qualifications:
Previous office management or administrative experience required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and customer service abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments MAC OS knowledge preferred Bilingual is a plus but not required
