This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and has strong organizational and multitasking skills. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while contributing to customer satisfaction and successful event execution. Responsibilities Client Communication & Support Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services Quotes & Event Coordination Assist in creating and preparing quotes for weddings and events based on client needs Help track and manage event details, timelines, and logistics Customer Retention Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Assist with follow-ups, feedback collection, and retention strategies Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and repeat business Office Administration & Logistics Maintain organized records, schedules, and client files Assist with inventory tracking and supply management Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Help coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, staffing, and materials Maintain a professional and friendly tone when interacting with clients Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure a positive experience Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or event coordination preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
