This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship Position Overview The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily office operations while providing administrative support to senior leadership. This role serves as a partner to leadership, ensuring organizational efficiency, professionalism, and seamless execution of administrative and operational priorities. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient work environment. Responsible for maintaining office cleanliness/appearance. Orders, sets-up/breaks down, and oversee all catering and food orders as needed for office events. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, creating a positive and professional first impression. Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and oversee facility-related requests and operations. Manage office budget items including supplies, equipment, and vendor services; track and process invoices as needed. Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and communications on behalf of leadership. Administer employee access badges, office assignments, and workspace logistics. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency. Support special projects and initiatives on behalf of leadership as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, including experience supporting senior leaders or executives Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools Previous experience in calendaring, booking travel, meeting coordination Join us as an Office Administrator to be the backbone of our operations!
