High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an Office Administrator who will serve as the face of the organization while supporting daily office operations in a professional and collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys being a resource to both employees and guests and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly. What You'll Do Front Office & Administrative Support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees
  • Create a professional and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Maintain front office operations and ensure common areas are organized and presentable
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Office Operations
  • Administer employee access badges and related records
  • Assist with office administration, employee support, and day-to-day operational needs
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
  • Support office initiatives and help ensure a positive workplace experience Project Support
  • Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives across departments
  • Provide support for company events, meetings, and employee activities as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist, office administrator, front desk, or similar administrative role
  • Experience working within a professional business environment of 50+ employees preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and communication style
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed Ideal Candidate
