Enrich Gymnastics & Dance Academy Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations, customer service, and administrative systems. This role ensures our programs run smoothly behind the scenes by supporting staff, maintaining accurate systems, and creating a positive experience for families. This role does NOT manage program execution (gymnastics, dance, or events), but ensures all operational details are organized, communicated, and completed. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Front Desk Leadership Oversee front desk staff and daily operations Ensure timely responses to calls, emails, and customer inquiries Handle escalated parent concerns professionally Maintain a welcoming, organized lobby environment Administrative Systems & Accuracy Maintain accurate class, camp, and event listings in the customer portal Support billing, enrollment, and attendance tracking Ensure schedules and program details are correctly entered Internal Communication Coordinate weekly staff updates and announcements Ensure all team members are informed of schedules, events, and changes Operational Oversight Monitor facility needs, cleanliness, and supplies Track outstanding tasks and follow up for completion visibility What This Role Is Not Not responsible for creating programs or events Not responsible for managing department leaders Not responsible for enforcing ownership accountability Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with administrative systems or scheduling software preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Ideal Candidate Proactive and dependable Calm under pressure Friendly and professional Follows through consistently Schedule Mondays 1 to 7pm Tuesdays 2 to 7pm Wednesdays 2 to 7pm Thursdays 2 to 7pm Some Fridays and Saturday hours as needed Requirements At least 3 years of customer service experience Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience managing office operations or administrative teams preferred Good knowledge of gymnastics and/or dance Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, and phone systems Experience with iClassPro is preferred but not required but some experience with class management software Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail A background and credit check is required as well as a drug test Benefits Employee discount Professional development assistance Job Type Part-time If you're ready to bring your organizational and leadership skills to a fun, energetic team , apply today!
