Trinity Hospice is hiring a Hospice Business Office Manager in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time position. Why Trinity Hospice? Job responsibilities can include but are not limited to: Coordinates an orientation program for all new employees, including an introduction to the organization, rules and responsibilitiesMaintain all staff and contract personnel files (HR related)Send deficiency notices to personnelAct as Receptionist for the office, answering inquiries of general nature from applicants, visitors, and professional staff, assisting them in a timely, friendly and cooperative mannerTracks admission, discharge, certification and recertification dates on all patientsAssists with auditsVerify insurance eligibility for new and existing patientsAssists with medical supply and equipment orderingAssists in the billing process and financial functions as neededAssists in staff scheduling as neededResponsible for the volunteer programAssist in other administrative job duties as needed
Qualifications:
