In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will support our team's productivity, enhance client communication, and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone system, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining office supplies inventory Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity software to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence Handle client communication efficiently through phone support, email correspondence, and in-person interactions Maintain accurate records through meticulous data entry and proofreading of documents Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for team members or executives Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary Support and maintain HR system and relevant HR documents.
