Summary Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Rooms leadership team as a Front Office Manager at Hyatt Centric the Woodlands , a hidden gem located in Market Street. The Front Office Manager leads the Front Office team, ensuring consistent service execution and an engaging guest experience. This role provides hands‑on leadership, supports colleague development, and helps drive overall front office performance in alignment with Hyatt standards. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day Front Office operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and a consistent, high‑quality guest experience Supervise, schedule, and support Front Desk colleagues, maintaining appropriate staffing levels and service coverage Create a welcoming, personalized arrival and departure experience that reflects Hyatt's service standards and Hyatt Centric personality Act as the primary escalation point for guest concerns, ensuring timely and effective service recovery Maintain accurate room inventory using the Property Management System (PMS) and collaborate closely with Housekeeping on room readiness and turnover Ensure compliance with all Front Office procedures, including cash handling, audit controls, and brand standards Monitor and respond to guest feedback through Medallia and other platforms, identifying trends and implementing improvements Support front desk-driven revenue opportunities through upselling, rate awareness, and property knowledge Accountable for achieving service metrics goals and contributing to overall team performance and guest experience outcomes Train, coach, and develop Front Office colleagues to deliver confident, engaging, and efficient service Maintain team knowledge of rates, promotions, and local experiences to enhance the guest stay Foster a positive and accountable team environment that supports collaboration and continuous improvement Assist with daily operations and coverage at the Front Desk as needed Hyatt has a very competitive benefit package for colleagues, which may include: Complimentary hotel room nights at Hyatt hotels world-wide Unlimited colleague and friends & family discounted room rates at Hyatt hotels world-wide Bereavement and jury duty pay Vacation, sick, and new child leave Medical, dental and vision Insurance, discounted prescriptions, life and disability insurance, flexible spending account, Retirement Savings Plan option (401K) with employer match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Complimentary employee meals Direct deposit and Daily Pay Competitive wages Qualifications 2+ years of progressive Front Office or Rooms Division leadership experience preferred Experience working in a hotel environment; boutique or full-service preferred Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a team in a fast‑paced environment Service‑driven mindset with the ability to handle guest concerns and deliver effective service recovery Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs High energy, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and hotel systems such as OPERA or similar PMS Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
